Tracie Gressmen is a Director of Sales who throughout her career in the mortgage industry has helped mid to large size mortgage lenders open and operate new territories throughout the United States. Her knowledge in sales goes far beyond closing the deal, she has spent the past 20 years mentoring others to grow their own successful mortgage businesses. Tracie’s sales training techniques are the result of years of hard work, knowledge and experience. She has trained and mentored Account Executives with no mortgage experience to be #1 in their respective companies. The relationships she has built with her sales employees have them referring to her for advise long after the mentoring program is over.
Tracie decided to open T & J Consulting Firm when she noticed that her brokers and contacts were desperate to enter the Reverse Mortgage market but just didn’t know where to start. She immediately began formulating a solution for the problem that so many of her colleagues were facing. Tracie now is the Director of Sales for T & J Consulting Firm where she travels across the country teaching and training mortgage brokers to create there own Reverse Mortgage Division.
Tracie prides herself on her constant professionalism and unmatched work ethic. Those who have worked for and with her know that perfection is the only answer. She makes each one of her clients feel as if they are her only customer by insisting that their needs and wants are met. She has devoted herself to helping others in the mortgage industry create a new revenue stream by opening their own Reverse Mortgage Division.
